Company Internal Environment – Strengths and Weaknesses The success of a brand must heavily reply on the competitive advantages of the company. SWOT analysis is a strategic tool to analyze enterprise’s own internal conditions, and sort out the advantages, disadvantages and core competitiveness (Power, 2008, p. 285).
